- Run Hl Tag Converter, Click -> Open file and open the image file.
2.(a) now click on "adjust image".
2.(b) a dialog box will appear, now click on "auto size" and then on "apply changes and convert to 256 colors".
3.(a) now click on "save tag"
3.(b) a dialog box will appear, select "export to WAD file" and click on "ok"
3.(c) "save as" dialog box will appear, name the file as "tempdecal". (make sure that file type is .wad)
4 Right click on "tempdecal.wad" file, click "properties", and check "read only"
5 Now cut/copy "tempdecal.wad" file that we made, and paste it in the "cstrike" folder. (this folder is where you have installed the game)
it will ask to replace the original file, do that, and we are done!!
