Original Text:
- Creates your models folder if you do not have one
- Installs custom skins to cs 1.6
- Makes sure the skins have the correct file names and extensions
- Easy step-by-step process to ensure reliability

This is the first release to test the main coding to the program and it will be updated constantly. Please do not redistribute, recompile, back-compile, or re-sell.
