I Think the Fraps's "Sound Recording" doesn't work with me ...

By default, Fraps won't record sound, so you'll have to alter the settings for Fraps to allow sound recording. However, I'd advise using Bandicam instead. You get the same quality for your recordings as Fraps, but with less space being taken up for each recording.

Although I do agree with Pingypoker's question. What does having a non-Steam copy of a game have to do with using a recording program like Fraps? It will record nonetheless.

Is Bandicam Is a Free Program? ACTUALLY,im just a kid so i can't buy from internet ... >.<

To my knowledge, it is free for a certain amount of time. I can't remember how long exactly, but I think it has either a 15-day or 30-day trial. I could be wrong though, so it's best to take a look and see what you can find.

Not true. If you use the lossy codecs in bandicam (MPEG1, MJPEG or XVID) you're going to end up with less quality than Fraps video (which uses a proprietary lossless YV12/RGB32 codec). If you were to use the YV12/RGB24 "codecs" of Bandicam, you'd end up with larger filesizes due to lack of compression.
