Start-up problem

When i try to run my CS 1.6 a windows pops out saying:

"Available memory less that 15MB!!! -1"

Please help.

    xp service pack 3 also can, dunno what difference

    Before (Some Months Ago), i Had the Windows XP SP3 x86 (32-bit), and it worked fine.now i have Windows 7 Ultimate x86 (32-bit) and it also works fine.
