compile problem with milk shape

hi i have a problem with compile i decompiled a character model from cs 1.6 i created a new head shoot animation (i will post it) when iwill compile th qc file (ERROR) but with the weapons models it works why? and how to fix it?

    It sounds to me like you didn't rig the character model to the skeleton that's used in CS1.6 for player models. The easiest fix would be to assign the bones of the skeleton to the respective segments of the character model itself before exporting it, and then trying to compile it again. Worst case scenario, you can try looking up some tutorials on this site that might be able to help you out a bit more.

    Which compiler did you used? what kind of error do you get?

    i used milkshape 3D the problem is the bones

    perhaps is the number of vertices, try to divide the model in several references
