Player model

i have problem in opening my player model

i want to make a player skin, once i have done the skin i open the file than sooo lag, what's happen? then i wait and appear message that HLMV is not responding please end program... anyone have idea? is there some step that i false?

    try to run as administrator. if its not happen try to edit another model.
