Ta not giving to level maps

Because I'm not getting the upload gamebanana map?

When I click on upload map appears "You must not be gagged from section 'maps'"

Can anyone help me?

    It looks like a moderator gagged you, which stops you from posting maps.

    After your gag is up (7 days), you will be able to release maps again.
