I've always liked these textures, they are very clean and easy to work with.
The layout seems pretty balanced (although I'm no expert on that).
The only issues I have are that you didnt func_wall any of the boxes or "non-essential" brushes :x
Most people either forget to do that or are unaware of the benefits of funcwall (or funcdetail if you're using VHLT compile tools) so it's ok.
Just go back and convert all the boxes and lights and light wires - basically all non-structural brushes - into func_walls.
"Non-structural brushes" = brushes that are not used to keep the map from leaking, just FYI.
The vis blocking leaves a little to be desired but it is by no means bad. If you want some help with hint brushes let me know and I'll see what I can do.
Also, I realize that the map does not present any real opportunity for more ambiance but if you can, try to squeeze in more sounds (pipes steaming, or maybe a tv or radio heard through a wall, florescent light sounds, etc). I'm more than willing to help with that too.
It's a very well made map, good sir. 9.5 easy
